Project DYNAMO is proud to announce the appointment of Jessica Lycos to its Advisory Board, adding nearly two decades of government affairs, international strategy and public-private engagement experience in support of its global rescue mission.
Bringing people to safety requires operational expertise, sound judgment and the ability to work across borders, institutions and complex political environments. Jessica brings a perspective shaped by a career at the intersection of government, business and international affairs.
As co-founder of Washington, D.C.-based Lycos Magnus, she has worked with foreign governments, Fortune 500 companies and emerging businesses on strategic engagement and international market access. Her background includes service on Capitol Hill and extensive work across Africa and the Middle East. While living part-time in South Africa, she helped American companies navigate entry into African markets. She later served as Vice President of Business Development at Sonoran Policy Group.
Her understanding of policy, diplomacy and cross-sector relationships brings additional depth to DYNAMO’s Advisory Board and complements the operational experience that drives our work in the field.
