Lauren M. Barrash, Dr. Luis Figueroa, and Andrew Percoski join a council dedicated to building the relationships and support behind DYNAMO’s rescue mission.
Project DYNAMO is proud to announce the formation of its Ambassadors Council and welcome its inaugural members: Lauren M. Barrash, Dr. Luis Figueroa, and Andrew Percoski.
The DYNAMO Ambassadors Council brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and advocates who turn their experience, relationships, and commitment to service into support for the organization’s rescue and humanitarian work. Members champion the mission, connect DYNAMO with partners and donors, and help mobilize the resources needed to bring Americans and allies to safety.
Behind every rescue is a network of people who make the response possible. The council strengthens that network by opening doors, building lasting partnerships, and connecting people who want to help with the needs of the mission.
Meet the inaugural members
Lauren M. Barrash brings a background in business development, strategic relationship building, and community engagement. A native Houstonian and active community volunteer, Lauren has dedicated much of her professional and personal life to connecting people and organizations around shared goals. Her experience in cultivating partnerships and inspiring collaboration supports DYNAMO’s efforts to broaden the community behind its mission.
Dr. Luis Figueroa brings nearly two decades of experience in international relations, government affairs, energy, and infrastructure development. As Founder and CEO of Blackshore Strategies, he advises on cross-border business and strategic partnerships. His work across the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe brings an international perspective and experience connecting leaders across government and the private sector.
Andrew Percoski brings a background in emergency services, disaster response, operational leadership, and business development. As a DYNAMO Ambassador and development lead, Andrew helps connect mission requirements with fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships. His experience in crisis response and resource coordination informs his work to build the relationships and support needed to sustain DYNAMO’s operations.
Together, these inaugural members bring complementary experience and a shared commitment to the people DYNAMO serves. Their work will help strengthen the support behind rescue, evacuation, and humanitarian operations wherever the mission calls.
