Project DYNAMO Launches Urgent Evacuation Operation for Americans in Israel and Middle East Amid Escalating Conflict

TAMPA, Fla. / HOUSTON, Texas – June 13, 2025 – As conflict intensifies in the Middle East following Israel’s unprecedented strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites and military leadership, Project DYNAMO, a U.S. veteran-led, donor-supported nonprofit specializing in high-risk global rescue missions, has launched an operation to evacuate Americans from Israel and the region.

The organization is deploying multiple teams to assist those in need. American citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and allies of the U.S. in need of evacuation are urgently requested to register at ProjectDYNAMO.net.

Israel’s military operation, which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated will continue for several days, involved 200 fighter jets targeting Iran’s nuclear program and key military figures. In retaliation, Iran launched over 100 drones toward Israeli territory, raising fears of further escalation across the region. Project DYNAMO is mobilizing their teams, assets, and volunteers to execute evacuations in this rapidly deteriorating environment.

Since 2021, Project DYNAMO has rescued over 7,000 individuals from conflict zones and disaster areas, including Afghanistan, Ukraine, Mexico, Haiti, Sudan, and Israel, often operating where traditional rescue options are unavailable.

“We are deploying teams to bring Americans home safely as this crisis unfolds,” said Mario Duarte, CEO of Project DYNAMO and former national intelligence chief. “Our mission is clear: to protect and evacuate those in danger, no matter the complexity of the situation.”

This is not the first time Project DYNAMO has conducted operations in Israel. In the immediate aftermath of the horrific attacks perpetrated on Israel by Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023, Project DYNAMO chartered airplanes and evacuated hundreds of Americans out of Israel. Those planes were met in Tampa by volunteers from Project DYNAMO and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Backed by a global network of former U.S. Special Operations and intelligence professionals, Project DYNAMO is uniquely equipped to navigate high-threat environments and execute life-saving missions.

Mario Duarte, the CEO of Project DYNAMO, is available for interviews to discuss the escalating crisis, the risks facing Americans abroad, and Project DYNAMO’s critical role in emergency response, as well as past rescue missions.
