KILLEEN, Texas — Project DYNAMO, a U.S.-based, veteran-led nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and assisting Americans and allies in crisis zones worldwide, announced the appointment of Carl Cringle as assistant operations officer for volunteer field teams, reinforcing the organization’s operational leadership as mission tempo and complexity continue to grow.
Cringle is a retired U.S. Navy commander with extensive experience in special operations planning, naval operations and senior leadership roles supporting sensitive missions across multiple combatant commands. Throughout his career, he worked closely with U.S. and partner forces in environments where precision, coordination and trust were essential to mission success.
His operational background includes planning and executing complex missions requiring close synchronization across teams, clear command and control, and disciplined risk management.
In his role with Project DYNAMO, Cringle will focus on strengthening how volunteer field teams are organized, supported and deployed. His responsibilities include improving operational structure, reinforcing standards and ensuring teams are equipped to operate safely, effectively and in alignment with organizational priorities.
“We’re excited to add Carl to our team, as he brings a steady operational mindset and a deep respect for the people doing the work,” said Mario Duarte, president and chief operating officer of Project DYNAMO. “His experience will help ensure our volunteer teams are supported properly and that our operations remain disciplined, deliberate and accountable.”
