Project DYNAMO, through their Archangel Initiative and in partnership with Silent Knight, helped recover an American child safely from Mexico, returning her to her family in the United States.
After learning that a three-year-old American girl had been trafficked into Mexico, Project DYNAMO and Silent Knight immediately engaged with U.S. diplomatic officials and Mexican authorities to verify her location and facilitate her safe transfer. DYNAMO teams provided essential information and situational awareness that allowed international partners to confirm details, validate threats, and establish safe conditions for the child’s recovery.
Throughout the process, Project DYNAMO remained in close contact with the child’s father, offering guidance, logistical coordination, and emotional support as U.S. officials worked to bring his daughter home. Following multiagency coordination, Mexican authorities transferred the child to law enforcement officials in Atlanta, where she was safely reunited with her father.
The operation demonstrates Project DYNAMO’s continued ability to coordinate complex rescue and recovery efforts while working alongside U.S. diplomatic and federal law enforcement partners. The effort reflects Project DYNAMO’s ongoing commitment to rescuing Americans in crisis and reuniting families separated by conflict, disaster, or exploitation.
