Past Events

On February 8th, 2023, an exceptional event was held by Project DYNAMO and took place at the magnificent Ukrainian Institute of America in New York City. The attendees consisted of DYNAMO’s team members, individuals who have been rescued or evacuated, as well as existing and potential donors. This trifecta, referred to by DYNAMO as the TRIAD, combines the Team, the Need, and the Donors.

The audience was deeply moved by the presence of U.S. hostages and victims of war crimes, along with their families, who had been rescued and freed from Russian intelligence by DYNAMO.

The event’s keynote address was delivered by the Honorable Christopher Miller, former Acting Secretary of Defense. He also launched his bestselling book “Soldier Secretary: Warnings from the Battlefield & the Pentagon about America’s Most Dangerous Enemies.”

The captivating 10-minute documentary titled “The Grey Space” premiered before an expansive audience. It featured Kirillo Alexandrov, John Spor, and Terry Gateley – all American citizens who have been rescued by DYNAMO. Additionally, the event was graced by the presence of individuals rescued by DYNAMO from Taliban-controlled regions in Afghanistan, who had been abandoned following the botched U.S. withdrawal in August 2021. The presence of the Project DYNAMO team, numerous supporters, evacuees & their families, and Secretary Miller turned the evening into an unforgettable experience.
