From the CEO of Project Dynamo, Operation Blue Chariot: A Mission of Resolve, A Partnership of Honor in the Middle East

Before I talk about numbers, logistics, or even the mission itself, I want to speak from the heart.

What we just completed in Israel was not only a success, but it was also a reminder of what is possible when the right people come together for the right reasons.

“This is compassion with structure. Service with dignity. Leadership without ego.”

At the center of that effort were our friends and partners at the Maccabi World Union and the Maccabiah Hotel complex. Their support was not just helpful. It was essential. It was lifesaving.

The Maccabi World Union and the Maccabiah Hotel complex have earned more than our thanks. They have earned our admiration. Throughout our recent operation in Israel, they stood beside us not as hosts, but as active partners in rescue. Their support was not symbolic. It was operational, logistical, and deeply human.

The Maccabiah Hotel complex became more than a place to sleep or stage. It became a lifeline. Evacuees found safety there, our team found rest there, and our mission found a forward operating base that was secure, efficient, and welcoming.

Beyond our own use, what the Maccabiah team does daily is nothing short of sacred. Since the brutal attacks of October 7, they have opened their doors to victims and grieving families. They continue to house survivors, some of whom lost everything. They have also quietly welcomed IDF combat units coming off the line, providing a place for them to decompress, breathe, and reset before returning to the fight.

This is compassion with structure. Service with dignity. Leadership without ego.

And our partnership with them is not limited to Israel. The bond between Project Dynamo and the Maccabi World Union is valid anywhere in the world. Wherever people are in danger, wherever suffering is met with courage, we will stand together.

We also want to recognize another group who joined this mission in the spirit of selflessness and unity: Denis Price and the Heroes for Humanity team. Without hesitation, they answered the call and followed our lead into a complex and high-risk evacuation effort. They came not to compete, but to contribute. To serve, not to seek the spotlight. Their partnership was real, and their impact was felt. We are grateful for their support and proud to have shared the field with them.

That said, this mission was not without tribulation.

While we operated under the threat of rockets, there were others, unaffiliated with us, who chose to behave dishonorably. These groups infiltrated our internal communications and attempted to intercept evacuees during live bus transfers. They misinformed families, redirected civilians during sensitive movements, and ultimately put people at greater risk. All to claim credit they did not earn.

We know who they are. We have the pictures. We have the videos. But for the sake of future rescue efforts and the civilians still in danger, we will keep it civil. Let it be clear, however, that their dishonesty is not speculation. It is proven.

This kind of behavior is dangerous. It has no place in rescue operations. It is disgraceful.

In the end, we completed what we set out to do.
– Over 1,500 Americans and allies assisted
– 273 evacuated across borders
– 22 high-risk border crossings and back
– Citizens of the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Canada, England, Australia, and Israel. All brought to safety. All at no cost.

No government funding. No bureaucracy. Just action.

To close, I want to again extend my personal thanks and deep respect to the leadership behind the Maccabi World Union and Maccabiah Hotel complex:
– Amir Gissin – CEO of Maccabi World Union and longtime friend and ally of Project Dynamo,
– Tzemach Ichay – Director of Transportation, Maccabiah Hotel Complex
– Itamar Baram – Logistics Manager

Your leadership under pressure was not just admirable. It was decisive. You brought humanity and operational strength to the fight, and you made it possible for us to deliver for those who needed us.

We move forward, as always, mission by mission, until every American is home.
